Virbac Effipro Spot-On is a trusted antiparasitic treatment designed to protect cats and kittens (8 weeks and older) from fleas and ticks. Each 0.5 ml pipette provides fast-acting, long-lasting protection — killing fleas within 24 hours and ticks within 48 hours — while preventing reinfestation.

  1. Hold the pipette upright, twist and pull off the cap.
  2. Part the cat’s fur to expose the skin between the shoulders.
  3. Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and gently squeeze until empty.
  4. Apply at one or two points along the back to ensure full coverage.
  5. Prevent treated animals from licking each other until dry.

Important Considerations

  • For cats and kittens 8 weeks and older, weighing at least 1 kg.
  • Do not use in rabbits due to the risk of severe adverse reactions.
  • Avoid applying to wet fur, broken skin, or near eyes and mouth.
  • Minimize handling until the product is fully dry.
  • Treat all cats and dogs in multi-pet households simultaneously for best results, and control fleas in the environment.
