Return Conditions
We accept return and replacement within 24 hours of order delivery.
To minimize the carbon footprint and reduce the delivery cost, the exchange or free return happens on your next order. Please reach out by whatsapp on +96170932676.
Please be informed that unless the product you have received has been defective upon delivery, the product you wish to return shall be undamaged, intact, unused and not opened.
Return Shipping Cost
- Defective Items: If the item is damaged and defective upon arrival there will be no return fee (within 24 hours of delivery)
- Paid Return & Replacement: If the item is in good condition, but you wish to return it, a 10,000 delivery fee will incur.
- Free Return & Replacement: If you wish not to be charged a return fee, feel free to replace the item on the next order. The new order should be above the minimum order excluding the return item value.
Important Notice: Return disputes will only be taken into consideration within 24 hours of order delivery.
