We created Petriotics promising to remove barriers between quality and availability, and deliver only the best for our furry best friends. At Petriotics, we're very selective with the products we sell because we care about the health and welfare of animals.
We're a bunch of animal lovers trying to make the lives of pet parents easier by saving them time and money, giving them the peace of mind of shopping worry-free, and delivering to their doorstep no matter where they are.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery, Credit Card on Delivery, and online payments via a secure payment gateway integrated with Banque Libano Française, processed by MasterCard. We do not store any credit card details in our database.
How long will delivery take?
- Beirut: Same day delivery available, order before 8:00 PM on weekdays or 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
- Greater Beirut: Next business day.
- Outside Beirut: 2–3 business days. Need it faster? Express delivery is available for $6, reach out to us on WhatsApp at +96170932676.
- In-store Pickup: Pick up from our dispatch center in Achrafieh before 8:30 PM on weekdays or 3:30 PM on Saturdays. Please note that orders not picked up within 48 hours are automatically cancelled.
What if I have questions about a product?
Our customer care team works closely with all our brands to answer any question you might have. We stay up to date with research, new products, and the latest trends so we can pass that knowledge on to you. What exactly happens after I place an order?
Once you place your order, we accept and start processing it. For deliveries within Beirut and Greater Beirut, your order is handled by our own Petriotics team. For orders outside Greater Beirut, it's handed to our courier partner Wakilni. On the day of delivery, you will receive a message notifying you that your order will be delivered soon.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes! After ordering, you'll receive an invoice to your email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed.
What if I'm not satisfied with my order?
We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase! If something isn't right, here's how it works:
- Returns and replacements are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, unless the product arrived defective.
- To initiate a return, reach out on WhatsApp at +96170932676 with your order details and a photo of the item.
- Approved returns are reimbursed as store credit applicable on your next purchase.
