Very hard, difficult for my to dog to chew

Hello Hasan,
We're very sorry to hear that, unfortunately these treats are not as soft as other bites, and that's because they're all-natural, one ingredient, dried crunchy beef bites, they're mostly used for medium and large dogs, for training. Maybe your doggo preferred soft bites, so now you know what to get him next time!
PS: We are changing the title of this item thanks to you, so that other dog parents are able to know that these aren't soft bites.

my second order, like it less this time

These chunks are too hard. It actually took my medium dog a while to chew each, so it doesn't make sense as a training treat. Maybe for bigger dogs it works.
