3 Drain off excess water.
4 Put the bowl in a light warm place but avoid direct sunlight.
5 Ensure seedlings stay moist by adding 1/2 cup water every 3–5 days.
6 Drain excess water.
7 Once the grass reaches 4–5 cm height, it is ready to be eaten directly.
