We could never have survived 2022 without your support, and to that we are thankful to each and every member who took the ride with us on this bumpy roller-coaster ride.
Due to Holiday season and end of year operational closure, our operations center will be closed:
Christmas Holiday Monday December 26, 2022
- Beirut Orders: All orders placed for Beirut areas by Saturday 24th of December 10:00AM will be delivered same day, all orders after 10:00AM will be dispatched on Tuesday, December 27th.
- Outside Beirut Orders: Due to high season, our delivery partners may face some delays, please make sure to place your orders by Saturday the 17th to ensure uninterrupted supply of pet food.
New Year Holidays Friday December 30 till January 2nd and we will resume back to work on Tuesday January 3rd.
- Beirut Orders: All orders placed for Beirut areas by Thursday 29th of December before 4:00PM will be delivered same day, all orders after that will be dispatched on Tuesday, January 3rd.
- Outside Beirut Orders: Due to high season, our delivery partners may face some delays, please make sure to place your orders by Friday the 23rd to ensure uninterrupted supply of pet food.
